Khalil Mack High School and College Career
During his younger years, he played for Pop Warner Football and attended Fort Pierce Westwood High School. During his senior year, he did 140 tackles, eight for a loss, and 9 sacks. He was named third All-State and first team All-Area.
Khalil Mack joined the Buffalo bulls in 2009 for his college career. His first year he was making an impact and letting the world know who Khalil Mack was. He was named MAC Defensive player of the year, in 2013. Mack ended up playing 13 games for the Bulls. He had 100 tackles, 19 tackles for loss, 10.5 sacks and three interceptions.
Khalil Mack’s NFL Career
After Khalil Mack college football success, he decided to enter the 2014 NFL draft where he was drafted 5th overall pick by the Oakland Raiders. A game against the Denver Broncos, he had 5 sacks, tying a Raiders franchise record for sacks in a game. That season he was announced to be going to the Pro Bowl. By the end of the season, he became the first player in NFL history to make the AP all pro first team in two different positions.
